TOASTED PECAN AND CRANBERRY BARK

Desserts

Sharing this easy and delicious recipe for toasted pecan and cranberry bark. It is great to bring to a party or to give as gifts for Christmas. It only has three simple ingredients and taste so good!

Toasted Pecan and Cranberry Bark

• Two 10 Oz packages of Ghirardelli White melting Wafers

•1 Cup Dried Cranberries

•1 Cup Toasted Pecan pieces (Place Pecans on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes .. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP)

Melt chocolate according to package. Mix in Pecans and cranberries (reserve a few for garnish) with spatula. Spread a  thin layer on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle remaining pecans and cranberries evenly on top, pressing them firmly into the chocolate. Refrigerate one hour. Remove and break into pieces.

Y’all don’t come at me for decorating for Fall early. I live in Florida, and if I waited for it to be fall outside before I decorated, it would be January 😂 Our minds may be on fall, but we are still enjoying the fruits of summer over here 🍉 Back when school meant a one-room schoolhouse… ✏️ The older we get, the more we realize that one of life’s greatest blessings is growing up surrounded by people who love you. Last year, my friend and I took a road trip to Macon, Georgia, to tour the incredible Hay House. No matter how many tips and tricks we’ve tried, we just can’t seem to keep mums alive. 😂 So ready for cooler weather, Mountain leaves, sweaters, pumpkin carving, pecan pie and pumpkins everywhere 🍂🍁 There was a time when the front porch was where the day ended. Neighbors stopped by, children played until the fireflies came out, and conversations lasted long after the sun went down. Todd and I have found that one of the best ways to experience a town is by bringing our bikes along.
