CREAMY ONE SKILLET GNOCCHI CARBONARA
Enjoy a simplified take on Gnocchi Carbonara, designed for convenience without sacrificing flavor. This decadent dish comes together effortlessly in a single skillet, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
This dish, a favorite from a local restaurant, inspired me to recreate it at home for my family. It has since become a beloved meal for my husband and children too, and I find myself preparing it at least once a month.
I normally purchase my Gnocchi premade but sometimes I like to make it homemade using THIS recipe… it’s surprisingly easy to make.
For a more low-calorie version of this Recipe try using Cauliflower Gnocchi… just don’t cook it in the sauce quite as long since it is typically more tender and could fall apart.
